Electronic Ascent

"Rebellion to tyrants is obedience to God"

Even though spoken by the oppressors, it's still true.

Memory Hole Lane

I came across this on one of the larger conspiracy blogs and it brought me back to eighth grade when the school system began to hit us with some actual knowledge.
It it striking, as with 1984 and Brave New World, how much is revealed by the controllers to the controlled.

It is also interesting to note how the very depressing and spiritually dead novel, A Catcher In The Rye, is given to students to read. This is the book that Mark David Chapman was reading after he shot Lennon and was given a place of importance in the awful movie Conspiracy Theory:
(at 8:20 is where it comes up)

Films like the above are much like the shadowplay given to the prisoners in Plato's allegory...
This one is a much better dream within a dream:

Most esoteric and religious teachings tell us that this world is a dream or is as temporary and substantive as a passing cloud. That doesn't make it seem any less real to those of us trapped in this web.
"I just had the weirdest dream..." (at 2:00)

I always like to give examples from Srila Prabhupada, leader of the Hari Krishna Movement. I find it impossible to give myself over to one religion or another due to all the human additions to the basic knowledge of each.
Each religious text loudly declares that it is the only one and that to accept another is sacrilege. Now THAT is mind control and Controllerspeak.
It either hits the heart and mind as true or not, that it the basic premise I work with.
